GAZeL Board Meeting Minutes
Convened April 21, 2011 at 12:00 PM via Cox Conference Bridge
Present:

Maggie called the meeting to order at 12:03 PM.
The Board approved the Agenda.
Maggie thanked all sponsors, including:
- Cox Communication Phoenix for annual use of their telephone audio bridge
- iLinc for Web Meeting Application Services
The minutes from the past meeting were approved as written.
Maggie thanked Patty Colvin, who had to resign from the board due to time constraints with her position at Intel, and welcomed Jeremy Rowe, our newest board member from Arizona State University.
No Treasurer’s report was available as Bobbie Kraver was unable to attend today’s meeting.
Steve Peters provided an introduction to the Board’s three committees: Website, Marketing and Fundraising.

- CiviCRM evaluation
- Drupal updates
- Develop priorities
- Obtaining volunteers or a paid consultant for assistance
- PayPal interface and Friends of GAZeL Sponsorship website infrastructure
- Fixes, navigation, content updates and themes
