GAZeL Board Meeting 9:00am

In attendance was Steve Moore, Steve Peters, Chris Johnson, Michele and Maggie.

Previous Minutes (http://www.gazel.org/node/719) were approved.

CiviCRM fixes-Requirements

•    Discussed the Skysong Request for IT support. Steve P will send today and follow up.
•    During this work, we need to explore what updates are needed, e.g., Drupal 7.0. 
•    Will also send the request to AZIP and Jeremey

Friends of GAZeL Fundraising & website requirements

• Michele discussed GAZeL campaign to contact Friends of GAZeL. Different levels ($500-$1000) will allow sponsors to use GAZeL as a way promote their products and services.
• Steve set a link to the ZOHO database form at http://www.gazel.org/node/725 to manage the collection of information about Friends of GAZeL.
• We will need to set up Paypal to accept payments for sponsorships

Website Updates

• Navigation fixes
• Friends of GAZel Block
• Content fixes - content development by Marketing and Fundraising Committee
• Color changes

Next steps - Assignments

• Committee - Chris will check with experts about style sheets and Artistry app.
• Steve - send requests to Skysong etc.
