Please review the Set-up instructions on this page. Be sure to complete our online Exhibition Requirements Form. On the form you will:

Tell us your requirements such as electric and Internet access

Find links for you to register your company representatives and pay your exhibitor fees
(if you have not already done so)

Complimentary Registrations
As a sponsor/exhibitor you are entitled to the following complimentary registrations.

Platinum $3500.00 sponsors - receive six complimentary registrations

Gold $2000.00 sponsors- receive four complimentary registration

Silver $1000.00 sponsors- receive three complimentary registrations
-
Exhibitor $500.00 sponsors- receive two complimentary registrations
Please register everyone in your organization that will be attending. If you have additional representatives, please have them register and pay online or by check. We can bill you for additional people if you prefer. See Information Form link below to register and pay.

Print Program
Exhibitors and sponsors will have the opportunity for acknowledgement in the Summit program documentation, including:

Platinum: ($3500) sponsor: Full page company description or ad in event program

Gold ($2000) sponsor: A half page company description or ad in event program
-
Silver ($1000) sponsor: Your logo with a brief company description (1-2 paragraphs) in the program
-
Exhibitor ($500): Company name listed in the Program
You will be responsible for preparation of the ad or description. Send your ad or description, and a print quality logo, for use on the program to stevepeters@tucsonlink.org as soon as possible. Page size will be 8.5 x 11. A jpg or other graphic for the ad would be best.

Set-Up and Tear Down
You will be provided a draped Exhibit Table and chairs (table only, no pipe and drape booth). Location selection will be on a first-come-first-served basis, however, we may need to make adjustments for special requirements.
If you have your own booth or display you are welcome to use it. We will arrange space for you. There are no size limitations.

Electric and Internet Access
Free Wi-Fi Internet access will be available. Please be sure that your computers are wireless enabled.
Free electric service will be available for all Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors. There will be an additional $55 charge for electric service for exhibitors. We suggest that you bring your own extension cord and power strip. Register first, then click here to add electrical service to your cart. The checkout process requires that you have a GAZeL web account.

Exhibitor and Sponsor Schedule
We have built in a number of opportunities for participant interaction with exhibitors and sponsors, including the Arizona Technology Council Reception/Showcase/Networking event from 5:00-7:00 pm. Summit sponsors and exhibitors will showcase their telecom, Internet, and other technology products and services.

Payments
You may pay for your fees, additional registrations, and electrical service charges online or by mailed check. Please go to the registration page (see link below), select your level of sponsorship, and indicate your preferred method of payment. The system will send you a confirmation that you may use as an Invoice.
