This committee will develop and implement marketing and PR strategies to promote GAZeL, GAZeL initiatives, eLearning and the eLearning industry to providers and consumers of eLearning. The strategy may include: branding for Gazel; developing the Gazel “message”; developing a flyer/brochure; working with the web site committee to develop web site content and; coordinating the GAZeL bulletins/newsletters. They would also manage media relations, press releases, news stories, TV or Radio interviews, PR events, newsletter articles for other organizations, speaking engagements, etc.

Changing eLearning from Ordinary to Extraordinary!
When I talk to others regarding eLearning they are:

Either afraid of it or puzzled by it,

They seem to either embrace it or rationalize rejecting it,
-
Most try to compare it to the past with no picture of the future.
The more I think about what elearning has become and its acceptance in the marketplace and in institutions, it takes on the presence of this quiet "Knowledge Worker's Guardian Angel".
