Discussed how to present the Friend's of GAZeL - Organizational Developement/Matching Contributions project, implementation plan and web site support.

Steve discussed the new form that shows contributions (http://www.gazel.org/node/733) and how Paypal will work. "Friends" can pay also by check.

Briefly discussed long-term strategies. The Value Proposition discussion at the next Board meeting will help with how the funds are to used.

Assignments

Michele: Prepare Board email to introduce Friend's of GAZeL - Organizational Developement/Matching Contributions project briefly. She will include http://creator.zoho.com/gazelfriends/gazel-friends/

Michele: Introduce the ZOHO Friends Of GAZeL Database and ZOHO logon and write elevator speech.

Steve: Will set up Paypal for contributions.

Steve: Will ask Bobbie to coordinate email receipt.

Steve: Will better organize Friend's of GAZeL links.

Ross and Rich: Will submit a few ideas for long-term strategies.
