Mr. Bouté is currently the Director of Online Education at Southwest Institute for Healing Arts (SWIHA) in Tempe, AZ. There, he is working to bring their unique curriculum and atmosphere into the realm of online education. Prior to working at SWIHA, he worked for Collins College (also in Tempe, AZ) for nearly a decade. There, he held a variety of positions including instructor, lead instructor, Department Chair, Director of Education, and most recently  the Director of Faculty and Online Education. Brad is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Educational Technology from Walden University, and holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Millikin University. He has been an active advocate of technology in his personal life and in his education for over 20 years. Through his doctoral work, he hopes to extended affordable, online, vocational education to as many people in the Phoenix area as possible to lower unemployment and positively affect the lives of all those willing to commit to their own edification and personal improvement.
