GAZeL Executive Board of Directors Meeting:

Meeting was called to order at 12:03.

Alex thanked Cox for providing us our audio bridge and people for attending.

Networking Events

Bobbie: TraCorp

For the TraCorp meeting Ted and Steve have both sent out flyers.  Steve is unable to edit web page for the TraCorp Networking Meeting. Kelley will move the site to new servers.  Steve- we will be training more people to use i-Link.  Richard retained Alisa Phillips to take care of the GAZeL CRM (1594 names) and bulk list (2500 names) which is all one data base. Her number is 602-943-1066.  Kelley is setting her up with permissions to work on the GAZeL website.

There is still a little business to take care of money from our last fund raiser.

We have to have a vote of the Board to change from Bobbie being Treasurer to Michele.  Then we have to send an update to the Corporation Commission.

Alex also suggested we be looking for a replacement for Sheri Schmeckpepper.

She was in charge of Membership and our newsletter.

Grant Proposals

Alex questioned Bill about getting grants and are we staying current.  Bill said we were watching for anything available that would fit us.

New Business

Steve mentioned a meeting in Tucson Oct 1^st at which we should be represented.

There will be a Panel discussion also in Tucson on September 8.

Our next Board Meeting will be 8/28.
