AIRFORCE RESEARCH LAB - Tour of the Facility

GAZeL NETWORKING MEETING – NOON -1:30

Description

On Wednesday, December 10, 2008 the next GAZeL networking event will take place. It will be at the Air Force Research Laboratory. This research laboratory provides simulation training and other technical training for the United States Air Force. The lab is located in Mesa on the Arizona State University Polytec Campus. We will have lunch at noon, which will cost you $15. Dee Andrews will give an overview of the laboratory. We will then tour the facility. This is an event that not everyone gets to see. We are limiting this event to 30 people so decide early if this is something you want to do.

Highlights

1. The research lab will furnish lunch but each person will have to pay for the lunch.
2. Each person will have to bring and show a picture ID.
3. Dee will give a 20-minute presentation concerning the work at the lab. This will be done during lunch.
4. We will be given a tour of the facility.

Requirement

Originally, it was stated that one's social security number must be submitted in order to attend this event. After further clarification, it was discovered that this is not necessary.
