Audio and Web Conferencing

GAZEL and the Community Information and Telecommunications Alliance (CITA) have arranged for free audio and web conferencing for nonprofit business, education and technology organizations in Arizona. You are invited to participate in a scheduled online meeting or event from the convenience of your office.

Please note that if the conference includes an audio conference by telephone, and the web conference over the Internet, you will want to join via both the audio and web conference. The audio for the meeting will be provided by telephone, not over the Internet. If you also want to view the presentations you will want to join the web conference.

Please follow the instructions below to connect to the conference.

Click here to join the meeting

  • Click the link above to join the meeting. If this is your first iLinc Session, or if there is a new version of iLinc available, you will be asked to allow the download and installation of the iLinc client (install Session.exe). While the set-up only takes a couple of minutes, we encourage you to login and set-up your computer before the meeting start time. (Tip: if you can't find the iLinc file look on your desktop for the iLinc icon).

  • Enter your name and e-mail address.

  • When the client is installed you will be taken to the Public Sessions page. Look for the name of your meeting (Key To Employment, GAZEL, CITA, etc.). Click the "Join" link to the far right of the meeting you would like to join.

  • The next screen will ask you to enter your name and e-mail address. You will then be directed into the meeting and should be able to see the presentation
