Alex thanked our sponsors.

Then Bobbie moved Casey be given an honorary membership and Richard seconded it.
It was passed. Casey will try to continue the secretarial duties.

Then it was discussed not giving Steve any more money until his summary is submitted.
Steve said he would submit the summary today or tomorrow.

Membership Dues Update – Sheri (emailed report)
The April Insights has been completed, double checked by Lauryn & Maggie for accuracy, and sent to Kelley.

She will has a job posting proposal in the works & will send out shortly.

We offer discounts to events for members. I recommend we offer a $20 discount for the $125 Gala Dinner and a $20 discount for $135 Golf Tournament for GAZeL members. If a discount isn’t feasible, I request that the Board determine specifically what events will be discounted this year so that we can be sure to fulfill our promise for discounted events.

Michele asked whether she is included as a member as a representative of TraCorp, a sponsoring member. I would like to propose to the Board that the $250 Industry Membership and the $500 Sponsoring Membership include one member representative each, and that the $1,000 Champion Membership and the $2500 Premier Sponsor Membership include 2 representatives each.
