Dr. Downing is the owner of D.E.C.S., providing educational consulting in the areas of eLearning, Faculty Training, Assessment and Instructional Design.  She also is Assistant Director of the ACE Program in the Del E. Webb School of Construction, in the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University.  Dr. Downing has previously worked in both the public and private post-secondary institutions in the Student Affairs and Academic Affairs divisions.
