Audio, Video and Web Conferencing

GAZEL and the Arizona Telecommunications and Information Council  have arranged for free audio and web conferencing for GAZeL meetings and events. You are invited to participate in a scheduled online meeting or event from the convenience of your office.

Please note that if the conference includes an audio conference by telephone, and the web conference over the Internet, you will want to join via both the audio and web conference. The audio for the meeting will be provided by telephone, not over the Internet. If you also want to view the presentations you will want to join the web conference.

(Tip: if you can't find the iLinc file look on your desktop for the iLinc icon).

  • Enter your name and e-mail address.

  • When the client is installed you will be taken to the Public Sessions page. Look for the name of your meeting (Key To Employment, GAZEL, CITA, etc.). Click the "Join" link to the far right of the meeting you would like to join.
