INTRODUCING...
The intentional Learning Orientation Questionnaire (LOQ) helps businesses, government, and academia improve achievements, job performance, lifelong learning, retention rates and productivity. It identifies those at-risk and suggests practical solutions for improvement. The LOQ is a statistically valid and reliable instrument that measures how learners generally and intentionally approach learning (e.g., classroom or online learning ability) and performance. Learning orientations are dispositions to approach, manage, and achieve learning.

Introducing Three New GAZeL Board Members

Sharon is Managing Partner at Power Ed, Brian is Director of Online Education at
Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and Cindy is VP of Technical Services Curriculum at Pearson.

Pearson -- A Great Networking Event

The October networking event was held at the new offices of Pearson Publishing and digital curriculum. Announcements were made by President Alex Devereux and he introduced Cindy Saint, new Board member of GAZeL and Vice President of technical services curriculum. Four very interesting presentations were made concerning the digital and simulation products Pearson produces for elementary school children.

Our attendance was 34 with additional staff members from Pearson. We had many people new to our events to add to our associates list.

The food was ordered from the Wildflower Bread Company and was very good.
