AGENDA  for 1-14-08, CEO Breakfast

1.  Alex  - Set the tone... What are we trying to accomplish wish this breakfast?
2.  Cindy -  Industry Trends in K-12 – through job training
3.  Ted - Explain disruptive Innovation and define the issue of the importance in using eLearning
4.  Adam - Gives Presentation
5.  What are some things that you can suggest and other ideas? 
   
6. Linda - Flush out issues and bring the CEO’s into this discussion. Give the big picture of WHY ARE YOU HERE CEO?    e.g., the workforce is downsizing; CEO's have to retain the best talent;  paint the big picture (or ideas) of embracing Disruptive Technology. 
   
7. GAZeL (eLearning) is about Green Technology. e.g., People have to travel and we have to cut down on expenses. 
   
8. On-the-job training (i.e., training you can’t buy off-the-shelf). eLearning provides highly technical training because they are not going to send people to 3-day training.  Relevant questions are: How much training is being delivered to hand held devices out in the field.?  How do we train in many languages? Every CEO has different problems? 
   
9. Whatever your innovation is for being at the breakfast, what value can GAZeL have for you?  You need to participate for your own organization needs to realize GAZeL benefits.  We want you to delegate an employee to be on a committee and support benefits for your organization and stakeholders.
